What if I do not know her size?
This is where most gifts go wrong, so here is the short version. Find out the size she wears in sweaters and hoodies (a peek at the tag of her favorite one works). Then follow the lane:

What if she does not like it?
Then she can send it back, within limits, and it is better you know them now. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn and still have their tags; contact us first and we will walk you through it. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or wrong, and we do not do direct exchanges, so a different size means a return and a new order.
Read this before you wrap
Holiday sweaters (like the Christmas Tree Knit Sweater), and robes and slippers once worn, cannot be returned. Neither can Final Sale items. For those, get the size right the first time, or tell her to keep the tags on until she has tried it.

By December 5. Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and 5 to 10 business days to arrive, so allow 6 to 13 business days in total. Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum.
