Every order ships with a tracking number. You will find it in your shipping confirmation email, usually within 1 to 3 business days after you place your order.

Need help?

  • No tracking yet? Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order ships.
  • More than one package? Items in the same order may ship separately. You will receive tracking for each package.
  • Tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping? Email us at admin.vensa@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to find it, or send a replacement or refund.
