Shipping policy

1. Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

2. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery time

After processing, standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. Estimated total time from order to delivery: 6 to 13 business days. During peak periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holiday season, delivery may take a few extra days.

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Multiple packages

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each package, at no extra charge.

7. Holiday orders

To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 5.

8. Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us at admin.vensa@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before it ships.

9. Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no update for 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if it cannot be found, send a replacement or issue a refund.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
