Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 5 to 10 business days. To receive your gifts before Christmas, we recommend ordering by December 5. Shipping is free on every US order, and you will get a tracking number by email for each package. You can follow it on our Track Order page.

Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum.
What if the size is not right?
Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we will send instructions. Holiday items such as the Christmas sweater, and robes or slippers that have been worn, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I send a gift straight to her?
Yes. Just enter her address as the shipping address at checkout.
